We’ve curated a seven-course tasting menu that journeys through each decade, showcasing the defining dishes and flavors of the times. Are you a history buff, a foodie, or just love a little throwback? Well this dinner is your ticket to experience the evolution of cuisine, one decade at a time.
The Menu: A Taste of the 20th Century
1920s – Appetizer Course
Oyster Rockefeller

We begin in the glitzy era of speakeasies and jazz, with a dish that became a staple in fine dining: rich, savory oysters Rockefeller.
1930s – Salad Course

We enter the mod decade with golden, flaky pastries filled with creamy crab—a crowd favorite from retro dinner parties.
1970s – Main Course
