Erin brings dedicated industry expertise and a passionate leadership style to every task at hand as a previous special event and catering professional. Recently moved back to the area from Philadelphia, Erin grew up in the Wyoming Valley and now resides out in the Back Mountain.
Prior to taking on a position with Friedman Hospitality Group, she was the Director of Catering for Schulson Collective responsible for executing large galas, specialty weddings, corporate events and conferences, along with private high-end house parties in the Philadelphia suburbs, center city, and the Jersey Shore. Erin was also a Director of Sales & Marketing for GF Management and served on the opening catering team for the brand new, luxury Renaissance Marriott Hotel in Allentown, PA as well as the recently renovated Westin in Mount Laurel, NJ where she was named one of South Jersey Magazine’s 2018 Exceptional Women Executives. During the pandemic downtime, she also earned her certificate from Florida Atlantic University in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Erin has also been selected to share her experience with other industry professionals as a speaker at the GF Management Conference and the Westmont Hospitality Conference in Manhattan Beach, CA discussing topics on “Social Media Trends”, “Increasing Your Brand”, “Selling Weddings in Niche Markets” and more. She also just recently ended her volunteer position on the Board of Directors for the International Live Events Association in Philadelphia where she served for 6 years, ending in the role of President of the Chapter.
Erin’s favorite thing about the hospitality industry is the ability to connect with people on a personal level and to promote a team environment. She looks forward to welcoming guests in to experience B+V and to creating lasting memories for the diners and regular guests!
