Jon grew up in Dallas. After realizing his calling to the kitchen he moved out to Pittsburgh to attend the Art Institute for his degree in Culinary Arts. Jon spent the following years in different kitchens refining his skills, all leading up to his current position at Bank+Vine. Jon has the best work ethic in the business, putting in absolutely whatever it takes for the success of the restaurant.
