Originally from NEPA, Kloey Cimakasky went to Johnson + Wales University in Providence, RI. Following Culinary School Kloey worked at Clio in Boston under Pastry chef Monica Glass. After spending some time at the restaurant at Meadowood in St. Helena, Vicia in St. Louis – Kloey returned to the area accepting a position as a pastry chef at Alter House.

Kloey was the Sous Chef here at Bank+Vine for the past year and has gone back to her roots in the Friedman Hospitality Group, joining the team over at Rikasa!
