Kyle began Culinary School at LCCC right out of high school. He knew he had found his life’s passion. After two years, he had a craving for a deeper understanding of the culinary industry which led him to continue school in NYC at the I.C.E. and spend his externship at the famed Per Se Restaurant.
Having moved back home to Kingston, Kyle had been eagerly awaiting the opportunity for a refined environment where he is positively challenged and supported by like-minded individuals. After joining our team last August, we are delighted to announce Kyle’s promotion to Sous Chef in the kitchen. He is dedicated, passionate and an amazing team member who strives to assure each dish is perfect and that guests are having the best experience!
