Ryan began his restaurant career in 2011 as a server and bartender. He worked in several restaurants in the area, including inside the casino at Bar Louie. Ryan left in 2015 for Charlotte, NC to pursue his original passion of playing professional golf.
While chasing his dream, he worked at night for several well known steakhouse franchises. In the midst of playing professional golf, he also became a Level 1 Sommelier and mixologist. Ryan has returned to the Wyoming Valley and now lives in the Dallas area. His passion for wine and fine spirits guides our wine list and cocktail menu.
