Though Halloween has come to an end, the winter holiday season is just getting started, especially here at Bank+Vine. Throughout November, we have a variety of different events and dinners planned. Let’s check them out!
Winemaker’s Dinner – The First Holiday Event
Starting out the month, we have our 5-Course Winemaker’s Dinner on November 4th. At this event, we will serve five courses, each with their own unique twists. Start out the evening with your choice of foie gras profiteroles topped with sea salt, “pissaladiere” parmesan sables with caramelized onions and anchovy or trout roe cornet, salmon rillette, and house creme fraiche.
The first course consists of Maine lobster and charred leek terrine, along with sturgeon caviar. The second course follows close behind with rabbit pot-au-feu, rabbit roulade, or braised rabbit, and winter vegetables. The third course brings the savory part of the meal to a close with lavender-scented pheasant, seckel pear, and lentil du puy.
End the evening with your choice of dessert: chocolate and cinnamon macaron, pate de feuille, or profiteroles with crackling dough. Make your reservation here.
Holiday Classes with Executive Chef Chad Gelso and Pastry Chef Kristen Fereck
During the month of November, we will be hosting multiple holiday classes with a few of our chefs. The first class will be held on November 11th, and the second, November 18th. During these classes, Chef Kristen Fereck will instruct participants on how to craft exquisite holiday treats. On November 25th, Executive Chef Chad Gelso will be hosting his own culinary class on how to prepare the perfect side dishes for your holiday meal.
